Very interesting promo with major misprints. 

The spine shows cat no. 866 091-2, however the CD has cat no. PCD 124. Two different versions of Heavy Fuel are included as stated on the CD. The spine however, says "Planet of New Orleans" and "Kingdom Come" are track 2-3, which is not true.

Heavy Fuel is also misprinted "heav, fuel", which appears on the other Canadian promo CD as well.
